About
Pez Solutions originated as a project to optimize unused server capacity and has evolved into a sophisticated homelab environment. It serves as a platform for technological experimentation and service deployment, now operating with a focus on enterprise-grade stability and reliability.

Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is distributed across two primary locations: London (primary site) and Copenhagen (testing environment).
Each location houses three servers, designated as A, B, and C, each fulfilling specific roles:
- Server A: Dedicated to monitoring and management
- Server B: Primary production server
- Server C: Allocated for non-critical services and experimentation
Services
Pez Solutions provides access to Plex and Jellyfin media servers, offering content streaming services to authorized users. All media content is sourced through legitimate channels and complies with copyright regulations.

Service Level Objective (SLO)
We strive to maintain a high level of service availability. Our current Service Level Objective (SLO) is set at 99.9% uptime. This translates to a maximum expected downtime of approximately 44 minutes per month. Please note that while we aim to meet this objective, it is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.
