System Information
Service Level Objective (SLO)
We maintain a 99.9% uptime target, which translates to approximately 44 minutes of maximum expected downtime per month.
Infrastructure
Services are distributed across two primary locations:
- London: Primary production environment
- Copenhagen: Testing and backup environment
Each location has redundant servers for high availability.
